Conditions of Use
Refund or Exchange Policies
All items in return or exchange
have to be in original packing with all original contents in the box,
ie, manual, CD-ROM Drive, Cable etc. along with the original invoice and in a resellable conditions within seven (7) days from
the date of purchase.
General Warranty Policies
PC Gate will only provide warranty on items with original invoice.
Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in not getting
covered by
warranty.
PC Gate reserves the right for the acceptance of any expired RMA
returns.
ALL shipments must be prepaid, collect shipment will be
refused, and no exceptions will be made.
Service charges of $20.00CDN will apply for item(s) returned that is
"No Fault Found".
Warranty coverage periods for all items are different, ie, No
Warranty, 30 Days, 90 Days or One Year. Please see warranty period on
original invoice or check with the manufacture web site.
Warranty & Support for ALL printers
(including Ink-Jet printers, Laser printers, ALL-in-one printers) is
responsible by the
manufacturer. I.e. Canon, Epson.
It is the responsibility for the customer to pay both way
shipping on Out of Warranty item(s)
PC Gate is not responsible for damages
due to loss of any
programs, data, or removable storage media. You are responsible for
backing up any programs or data on removable storage media.
For Computer system warranty please refer to "System Warranty
Policies" below.
For all D.O.A. (Dead on Arrivals)
products, please refer to "DOA Merchandise" below.
No "Cross Shipments" will be made.
The warranty does not cover the
product if it is damaged by abuse, accident, misuse, electric shock,
improper installation, shipping or improper testing.
PC Gate is not responsible to
provide any replacement or temporary parts for customer system during
the warranty period.
For any items have been self
modified, overclocked or Fan changed to cause any defective will void
the manufacturer warranty.
For all hardware service / repairs,
PC Gate will not responsible for all data loss or hardware broken
during service / repairs.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Merchandise
DOA (Dead on Arrival) product(s) must be reported to the
PC Gate within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
All DOA product(s) reported after
seven (7) days will follow the General Warranty Policy.
Computer System Warranty Policies
PC Gate will only provide warranty on items with original invoice.

technical support and warranty on all software.
Labour service charge apply for any
software related issue.

Factory Mail-in Rebate Policies
PC Gate Computer is not responsible
for manufacturer mail-in rebates. Please check your rebate status with
manufacture directly.
Rebates payable in US dollars are
subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian bank
processing fees.
Monitor Warranty Services
Most LCD Monitor Manufactures will only provide warranty on LCD with more
than eight (8) dead pixels or more show on screen. Please refer to
manufacturer web sites for details.
